As a first time home buyer, Jay made it a great experience. I told him what I needed and he worked very dillegently to locate my needs in a home. Then when there was a speed bump on the lending side he went out of his way to get the deal done. Jay was very professional and gave me his knowledge and ideas to assist me in my purchase of a home that I would be happy with. I was amazed at how little time it actually took me to find the perfect house and move in. Jay always was able to work with me on seeing the houses when i called as my work hours were different than others. I am pleased with my home and would recommend Jay to anyone that is in the need to purchase a home. He is a great asset to his company and I will call Jay in the future if I get ready to purchase another home. Jay thank you so much for making this a great experience for a first time buyer!! Six months ago I purchased a home through Jay, He was very patient and helpful. He worked with my schedule, when I was in town to look for a home for over a year while I was trying to sell my home in Florida. He was always optimist, honest, and helpful. Since purchasing, he has continued to be helpful from recommendation of services available to orientation to the community. This is the seventh house I have purchased in my lifetime and it went the smoothest of any of the previous transactions. I would recommend Jay to one and all.
