Six months ago I purchased a home through Jay, He was very patient and helpful. Recently I listed my home with Jay Cooper ... it needed many repairs and improvements to be marketable. Jay was always available to answer my questions and very helpful in contacting people to do repairs I couldn't do myself. He always handled difficult situations very patiently and professionally and was always concerned about my feelings. When my home sold we only had less than a month to find a home and move in. We found a suitable home ,but it also needed many repairs to be my dream home. Jay made arrangements for a roof, new heating and air, carpet, vinyl flooring, and some repairs underneath. Everything was completed in less than two weeks! Now that things have settled down his concern and help continues. I know that I can call on him anytime.
