Mission Statement

I will provide the best service possible for every client I represent. I will never tell a client what they want to hear if it is not the truth. I will never enter into a client relationship when I know what is expected of me cannot be done in good faith. I will always remember that to have a winning relationship with my clients we must have a mutual goal. I assure you that during my Real Estate career I will always strive for excellence and remember that it is my honesty, loyalty, understanding, accountability, and most of all integrity that make me different from other Real Estate agents. Winning Decisions

The Real Estate market has been constantly changing since my passing of the State Exam in 1995. Mortgage products, interest rates, property values, tax laws, appraisals, flood insurance requirements, building and land costs, and marketing & advertising strategies, along with virtually every other aspect of the market, have and continue to evolve and change rapidly. Even if you were up to speed six months ago, things are very different today. Making "winning" decisions begins with a clear understanding of exactly "where you are" and how that relates to the "current" market conditions.

The first "real" decision you need to make is if anyone will represent your interest in Real Estate transactions. I hope you have already decided to use a full-time professional. If not, why? Let me guess. You feel like it costs too much money! I understand! Consider this: "The actual cost of using me to sell your home equals the difference between how much you get if I sell it verses how much you get if you sell it." Since I am absolutely sure that I can sell your property for more face value than you can, and probably under a lot more favorable terms, the actual "cost" is less than our advertised fee. In fact, in most circumstances you'll actually "get more" if I sell your home.

The second "real" decision you need to make is "who" will represent your interests in Real Estate transactions. I have probably included more information about myself in this website than you care to know. I feel it is very important for you to understand who I am, what I stand for and believe in, and the way I feel about the industry and clients I serve before you make this second "real" decision.
